A Celebration of her Life will be held at Carleton Crematorium on Wednesday 26th November at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired may be given for the Royal British Legion, the British Heart Foundation, the Stroke Association or the Swan Team at Victoria Hospital, Blackpool, c/o the Funeral Director.
